What we collect
- Waitlist details: first name, email, ZIP code, what you’re most curious about, and whether you own or rent.
- How you found us: ad campaign tags (UTM parameters and Facebook click IDs), the page you landed on, and the referring site.
- Site usage: we use the Meta Pixel and may use Google Analytics, which set cookies. When you join the waitlist we also send Meta a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email, first name and ZIP so we can measure our ads.
- If you book a visit later: your address, contact details, home information and test results.
How we use it
- To tell you when we open in your area.
- To decide where to launch next.
- To measure which ads and pages work.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal information or test results.
- We never share results with contractors, landlords or insurers without your permission.
Who we share with
Service providers that help run Habitome, such as hosting, database, email, analytics and advertising platforms, and accredited labs once testing begins. They only get what they need to provide their service.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email with one click.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your information at hello@gethabitome.com.
- Manage cookies in your browser, and ad settings in your Meta and Google accounts.
