How it works

From first visit to a healthier home.

We test your home, explain what we find, and help you fix it. Here’s each step.

  1. Step 1Before the visit

    Tell us about your home

A short questionnaire covers your home’s age, appliances, water source and anything you’ve noticed, so the visit focuses on what matters to you.

    • Pick Check, Whole Home or Premium
    • 5-minute questionnaire
    • Simple prep list the day before
  2. Step 2Visit day · 1.5–4 hrs

    A specialist tests your home

A trained specialist goes room by room with professional meters and takes water samples for the lab. Nothing is opened, cut or drilled.

    • Air checked in every main room
    • Gas stove test while you cook
    • Tap water sampled for the lab
  3. Step 3Days 1–5

    Monitors capture real life

One reading is just a snapshot. With Whole Home and Premium, small monitors track stale air and fine dust for five days and nights, including while you sleep and cook.

    • Bedroom and living room as standard
    • Small, quiet, battery powered
    • Return in a prepaid box
  4. Step 4Lab analysis

A certified lab tests your samples

Your water, air and dust samples go to accredited labs. We compare every result with official guidelines, like the EPA’s, and tell you which one.

    • Accredited labs
    • Samples tracked from your home to the lab
    • Lab fees included in your price
  5. Step 5Results

    Your report, in plain English

What we found, what’s fine, and what’s worth fixing first. Then we go through it with you on a call.

    • Room-by-room results
    • Fixes ranked, free ones first
    • 30-min call (60 with Premium)
  6. Step 6After

    We help you fix it

Most fixes are simple, and many are free. For bigger ones, we can line up vetted contractors and review their quotes. You pay them directly, and we never take a cut.

    • Help with the fix, $395 flat
    • Re-test included with Premium
    • No contractor kickbacks, ever
Why five days

Some problems only show up at night.

In this example, the bedroom air is fine by day but gets stale every night with the door shut. A daytime test would miss it. Tap “Door cracked open” to see how a free fix changes things.

On visit day

Quiet, careful, and done in an afternoon.

Your specialist wears shoe covers and explains each measurement as they go. Testing is non-invasive and safe with kids and pets at home.
